Nexus: Battlestar galactica problem with Skirmisher

Hey there. iam quite a newbie at this but whenever i try to choose the Battlestar Galactica mod through the Nexus skirmisher it just doesn't load up. it tries to load for a few seconds but then later on a message pops up saying that the program isn't responding anymore. any ideas on how  to make this work?

I had a look at it using the latest 4.1 beta of the BSG mod and the dynamic lighting patch and after some painful debugging I've been able to pinpoint the issue. It seems the BSG team made a slight error with that lighting patch and broke their solar systems. This leads to the Skirmisher getting trapped in an infinite loop while parsing the files, which in turn leads to the unresponsiveness/crash.

Interestingly the game still works, overlooking the error. The celestial bodies will be rearranged in some odd ways in both systems, though, but you're unlikely to notice that in-game.

I've uploaded a small hotfix to address the issue. Just extract the .system-files to your BSG mod directory in universe/systems and everything should work fine again.

I am a newbie too, so I appreciate the help. However, it still won't work for me. I don't know if U am doing anything wrong (like I said, I have no idea how to mod) and I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me out too. I love the mod, and it would be amazing if I could use it with Nexus Skirmisher. Thanks.
