Hey!

I'm one of the developers of the Stargate: War Begins mod for Nexus:)

Arparso, we all would like to thank you for your awesome work with the skirmisher, it helped us a lot to make a good, playable mod, and it helped our players a lot as well.

Because of the nature of Nexus, we have only developed about ten missions over the past few months, and without your skirmisher, it wouldn't be half the fun to play our mod:)

So thanks:)

And everyone is welcome to ask questions about our mod, i'll do my best to answer:)

Are there any other download mirrors besides the ModDB ones? I get horrible download speeds from these and my downloads never seem to finish at all. Just stopped again at 98% and didn't want to resume :(

Well, unfortunately there isn't right now:(
IT worked for me fine though. But if you give me an msn/icq contact, i could try sending you there, icq tends to be relatively fast.
Don't know about msn though.

Won't be necessary. I already found your mod at Krawall.de (http://www.krawall.de/web/Nexus_Stargate_Mod_-_War_Begins) which gave me nice download speeds, although I had to register for that.

Don't know where you're from, but coming from Germany I really get horrible download speeds from Filefront and a bunch of similar file hosters in the US. If you're looking for additional mirrors, maybe I could help you out!?

I'm from Hungary, and they usually work out just fine:)

Additional mirrors would be help though, because all the ones we know have stupid limitations:)

first of all, I would like to bow down to the man that made the awesome tool that nexus skirmish is. Withouth it, mission making would be a lot harder than what it already is.
having said that, I wish to ask you something:
how are you doing? XD
na..  I'm Assassino's mission maker, for the stargate mod. As you know, we're now stepping into the campaign making, and I was,nd well, hoping if you knew how to contact the new conflicts mod maker and/or if you know someone with experience in the matter.

Sorry, I don't know how to contact him. The old site of the New Conflicts mod was located at darkspace.de, which is owned by "Michael Widmann", but the only email adress i could come up with is "mail@darkspace.de". Since the site seems to be pretty much down, I don't know what the chances are to contact him that way.

You could do a WHOIS lookup on "darkspace.de" and write him a letter, though. If his registered adress is correct, you should be able to reach him ;)

For example try it here: DENIC WHOIS (http://www.denic.de/de/whois/index.jsp). Just enter darkspace and write down his adress.

well... I guess that with New Conflicts would be enough to make a WB camapaign...
