Just out of curiosity and to get an overview: what operating system are you playing Nexus on?
For me, it's Windows 7 64-Bit :)
-
Sadly, only Windows 7 32 bit, my attempts to make Nexus run on Linux have proved to be completely unsuccesful... which is a shame... it's hateful to have to reboot my computer every time I feel like modding...
-
Well, it kinda works in a virtual machine, too. For personal use I set up a WinXP virtual machine with the free VmWare Player software and it ran Nexus just fine. Well, performance wasn't too great and shadows looked glitchy, but I suppose it's enough for modding purposes.
That's on my Windows 7 as host OS, though. Don't know, if it also works as well with a Linux host.

I did try it, but it didn't work... I think it also depends on where you're running it and all... well, I'll try again in a few months, with more updated soft :P

Windows XP 32-Bit and it works nicely. When I had Vista on my notebook for short period of time, it was complete disaster for Nexus.
-
I'm one of those trapped in Vista 32 bit. :-\
-
I have both XP and 7, but I never tried nexus out on 7... Gotta get around to that some time...
For now though, XP GO GO GO ;D.

Upgraded recently from Vista Ultimate x64 to Windows7 Ultimate x64
I didn't really have any issues in Vista but I do prefer Windows7. It's just more polished, like what Vista should have been.

I'm running the best space sim out there (Even After 6 Years!!) on Win XP Mexia Center 2005 (idk on the bit's)
Also, on a side note, I remember in '06 that DeVry University was up to something with Nexus: TJI, eBay wad that all about? Should i create a thread for it?
