Nexus Texture Upgrades?

Hi guys, I'm new here, I just bought this game tday on the steam sale. It seems to have a big following still, But i was wondering, If there was a texture mod for this game? You know, higher resolution, more defined sort of stuff?

I've not much luck in finding any myself, apart from some old ones on Moddb, asteroid, sun and such.

Any recommenations to the game? I dont want to change the story or anything though.

At this time, there aren't any big texture mods available for N:TJI, only the little ones that you've found so far.

Since it is the 4.1 (latest, as of June 21, 2013) version, you're going to want Arparso's Lighting Patch http://arparso.de/nexus/forum/index.php/topic,116.msg991.html#msg991

Download the .zip file. Unzip it with a program called "rar" it's a very simple find on Google.

P.S. - The best visuals you'll see, ever.

Until Nexus 2 comes out with Unreal Engine 4.
