first of all, I would like to bow down to the man that made the awesome tool that nexus skirmish is. Withouth it, mission making would be a lot harder than what it already is.
having said that, I wish to ask you something:
how are you doing? XD
na..  I'm Assassino's mission maker, for the stargate mod. As you know, we're now stepping into the campaign making, and I was,nd well, hoping if you knew how to contact the new conflicts mod maker and/or if you know someone with experience in the matter.

Sorry, I don't know how to contact him. The old site of the New Conflicts mod was located at darkspace.de, which is owned by "Michael Widmann", but the only email adress i could come up with is "mail@darkspace.de". Since the site seems to be pretty much down, I don't know what the chances are to contact him that way.

You could do a WHOIS lookup on "darkspace.de" and write him a letter, though. If his registered adress is correct, you should be able to reach him ;)

For example try it here: DENIC WHOIS. Just enter darkspace and write down his adress.

in that case it seems I would be doing it the good'ol way... btw, do you know if there are any more mods "new conflicts" like out there?

Nope, don't know any other campaign mods.

well... I guess that with New Conflicts would be enough to make a WB camapaign...
