Missions not showing up

I don't know, haven't heard of any such problems before.

Could be an installation issue with the Skirmisher, if the NEXUS Skirmisher mod doesn't even show up. Where did the "NEXUS Skirmisher.exe" end up? It should be directly in your Nexus folder. Maybe try installing the Skirmisher again, using the zip from my download page (not the installer). Extract the contents of that zip to your Nexus folder, which regarding Steam should be in the Steam folder steamappscommonnexus - the jupiter incident or something like that ("NEXUS Skirmisher.exe" needs to be in the same folder "nexus.exe" is in). Then start "nexus.exe" and open the "Modifications" menu to confirm, that "NEXUS Skirmisher" is in the mod list (hopefully):

Thanks, reinstalling with the zip seemed to help it.
 I already tested it, everything seems fine and dandy. Again, thanks for the help.
