How do efx link to tacticstypes? Im having trouble with a projectile not showing up.

Just reviving this thread to see if anyone has an old mod, i think it was called nexus "fun" mod.
It featured a stilletto ship that would fire something very similar to modern day fireworks...

I'm doing some work in weapons particles, and I'm sure that mod had some examples of that, and I'd really like to take a look at it, so if anyone has it somewhere...

I guess you're talking about my "Silvester fun mod" I created way back for celebrating New Year's Eve 2004. See the attached screenshot for reference. ;)

Back then I made a short video out of it, but I think I lost that one.

The mod is still downloadable here and I also attached it to this post. Don't know how useful it is ... it's not really suited for actual gameplay, since the particle effect of the explosion is way over-the-top. During creation of the effect I actually found Nexus limiting the maximum number of particles in a way that additional explosions of this type simply wouldn't show (since there are already too many particles being rendered at the time).
