UI texture changes

Don't know about the others, but I at least don't, sorry :(

I dabbled only shortly with the UI textures and also saw some of that seemingly hardcoded stuff (like the animated menu background, if you don't cover the whole screen with your background logo). Haven't explored this much further, but I don't believe you can do that much about it.

Bah, I figured it would be some BS like that. They made the strangest choices for things. A texture for a button, then the button right next to it uses some hard-coded effect. It's ridiculous.
